The Voices of Unity is our volunteer choir that performs during the seasonal months from September through April. The choir is currently 40 members strong and we are looking to expand our choir this fall. Rehearsal is every Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm starting on September 9th.

Performances include singing one Sunday a month at Sunday Services, special holiday services and our annual Christmas Concert. WE NEED YOU!!! Perhaps you were in the choir in your schools days or maybe have always had a desire to sing—just the same, we welcome you to join us this upcoming season. You do not need to read music to join us and there is no audition. The Voices of Unity is a very dedicated and joyful volunteer group so we hope you’ll consider sharing your time, commitment and musical gifts with us!

Will Ackerman – Guitar: is founder of Windham Hill Records, Grammy Award Winning recording artist and producer. Will Ackerman has produced a collection of Platinum and Gold Records in many countries world wide in his nearly 30 years in the music business. Will has also performed for audiences all over the world including Red Rocks, Colorado, the courtyard at Palazzo Murat in Positano, Italy, the Hollywood Bowl, and in the Japanese Alps at Yasugatake.

Frank Smith – Guitar: Is an award winning guitarist and Recording artist. Frank performs on a regular basis throughout Southwest Florida. His soothing music is often heard by for patients, staff and for visitors at local hospitals. His newest recording, “Gardens of Hope” recently won the Lifestyle Music Award for Best Instrumental Album – Acoustic, of 2007.

David Cullen - Guitar is a Grammy Award Winning guitarist. David earned his Bachelor of Music in Classical Guitar Performance from the Hartt School of Music. David Cullen is currently an Artist-in-Residence at Elizabethtown College and teaches Jazz and Classical Guitar at Kutztown University. He has performed throughout North America for Classical Guitar Societies, Jazz Festivals, and Performing Arts Series.

Jill Haley - English horn: is one of the top English horn and Oboe players in the world. Her music has been featured on many Grammy winning albums. Her music is featured on recordings of Will Ackerman, Frank Smith and with David Cullen.

Ron Clearfield – Cello: is an accomplished cellist, composer and conductor. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the New England Conservatory of Music. Ron is the music director and conductor of the Blue Ridge Orchestra and also conductor of the Asheville Youth Orchestra.
